ARTICLE 2 - SUBJECT OF THE CONTRACT

- Tour sales (daily / package tours)
- Airport transfer services
- Car rental services
- Accommodation and hotel reservations
- Flight ticket sales
- Concert and event ticket sales
- Organization services
- Health tourism services
ARTICLE 3 – SERVICE INFORMATION
Access to the purchased service of;
- Type
- Date
- Duration
- Number of people
- Total sales price
was specified during the reservation and approved by the BUYER.
ARTICLE 4 - PAYMENT AND DELIVERY
- Payment by credit card, bank transfer or online payment systems.
- The reservation is finalized after the payment is completed.
- The service is offered on the specified date and time.
- Delivery is made by e-mail for digital services (ticket, voucher, etc.).
ARTICLE 5 - RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Pursuant to the Law on Consumer Protection No. 6502:
The right of withdrawal in the following services does not apply:
- Tours and organizations with specific dates
- Flight tickets and event tickets
- Hotel reservations
- Car rental and transfer services
However, the SELLER may determine cancellation/refund conditions at its own initiative.
ARTICLE 6 - CANCELLATION AND REFUND CONDITIONS
- Cancellation period for tours and organizations depends on the service. varies.
- Last minute cancellations may not be refunded.
- Flight ticket cancellations are subject to the relevant airline rules.
- Hotel reservations are evaluated according to the cancellation policies of the relevant hotel.
- Car rental and transfer cancellations may be free of charge for a certain period of time before the service time, otherwise a fee will be deducted.
ARTICLE 7 - BUYER'S PERSON. OBLIGATIONS
BUYER;
- Is obliged to provide accurate information
- Passport, ID, visa, etc. is responsible for the transactions
- Agrees to comply with the service rules
ARTICLE 8 - SELLER'S OBLIGATIONS
SELLER;
- To provide the purchased service completely
- To perform the service except for force majeure
- To inform the BUYER in case of possible changes

ARTICLE 9 – FORCE MAJEURE
The SELLER cannot be held responsible in the following cases:
- Weather conditions
- Traffic and transportation disruptions
- Natural disasters
- Official institution decisions
- Pandemic etc. extraordinary circumstances
ARTICLE 10 – HEALTH TOURISM SERVICES
- SELLER only provides intermediary services
- Health institutions are responsible for medical procedures
- BUYER accepts all necessary information before treatment
ARTICLE 11 – DISPUTE SITUATION
In Disputes;
- T.R. Ministry of Commerce
- Consumer Arbitration Committees
- Alanya Courts
are authorized.
ARTICLE 12 - ENFORCEMENT
The BUYER is deemed to have accepted all the terms by approving this contract electronically.
ARTICLE 13 - APPROVAL
The BUYER declares that he accepts this contract by making the payment.
